The Visalia Rotary Community Foundation was founded in 1992 by the Visalia Rotary Club.  It is now comprised of Rotarians from the five Visalia area Rotary Clubs who continue to build on the endowment that was envisioned by our Rotarian founders. That endowment continues to grow due to the generosity of Rotary Club members and other philanthropic individuals and organizations.  Directors and management of the Foundation operate without compensation to maximize the community benefit of the endowment.

The Foundation seeks to enhance the community of Visalia with grants and scholarships that improve the quality of life, and enhance educational opportunities. The Foundation also seeks to partner with other organizations to support major projects that enhance the quality of life in Visalia.
